1. Independent Referral & Dispatch Service

McKeesport Rapid Tree Response operates as an emergency referral and dispatch intermediary. We do not provide physical tree care, tree cutting, crane operation, or roofing repairs directly. Instead, we connect property owners with independent, third-party tree service companies and certified arborists who provide emergency tree services throughout McKeesport, PA and Allegheny County.

2. Direct Contractor Relationship

Any contract, estimate, agreement, or warranty for tree removal, tree pruning, roof tarping, debris hauling, or crane services is entered into solely between you (the property owner or authorized agent) and the independent service provider dispatched to your property. The Company is not a party to such agreements and disclaims all liability for physical work performed on site.

3. Verification of Credentials

While we screen participating tree care contractors for general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, consumers are strongly encouraged to inspect contractor proof of insurance and local municipal licensing prior to the commencement of any work on their property.
